One of the only Arab government’s NOT to condemn the attack is OMAN:

They called it "an unacceptable and blatant violation", which is maybe a little soft. The framing around Israel is useful at least

You are right. However, compared to the following horrible statement from the Saudis, Oman is a little better. The bar is very low for the arab monarchies.
