Honestly I think it looks ok. It's rare to see a pothos vine with an even dispersion of leaves on both sides of the vine. In my experience, they tend to favor a side based on growing conditions.
Out in their natural habitat, pothos are tree climbing vines. So if you think about it that way, it has one side with aerial roots for grabbing onto and anchoring to the tree, and one side with big green leaves for taking in sun.
All this to say, the rest of the growth on the plant looks pretty healthy IMO
