Welcome to c/news! Please read the Hexbear Code of Conduct and remember... we're all comrades here.
Rules:
-- PLEASE KEEP POST TITLES INFORMATIVE --
-- Overly editorialized titles, particularly if they link to opinion pieces, may get your post removed. --
-- All posts must include a link to their source. Screenshots are fine IF you include the link in the post body. --
-- If you are citing a twitter post as news please include not just the twitter.com in your links but also nitter.net (or another Nitter instance). There is also a Firefox extension that can redirect Twitter links to a Nitter instance: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/libredirect/ or archive them as you would any other reactionary source using e.g. https://archive.today . Twitter screenshots still need to be sourced or they will be removed --
-- Mass tagging comm moderators across multiple posts like a broken markov chain bot will result in a comm ban--
-- Repeated consecutive posting of reactionary sources, fake news, misleading / outdated news, false alarms over ghoul deaths, and/or shitposts will result in a comm ban.--
-- Neglecting to use content warnings or NSFW when dealing with disturbing content will be removed until in compliance. Users who are consecutively reported due to failing to use content warnings or NSFW tags when commenting on or posting disturbing content will result in the user being banned. --
-- Using April 1st as an excuse to post fake headlines, like the resurrection of Kissinger while he is still fortunately dead, will result in the poster being thrown in the gamer gulag and be sentenced to play and beat trashy mobile games like 'Raid: Shadow Legends' in order to be rehabilitated back into general society. --
lmfao, okay fuck, ya got me. I didn't realize you were doing a bit. Really had me going for a while. Hats off
The idea that the worst can't happen here is a classic mistake.
In 1984, Sarajevo hosted the Olympics, and the entire world saw a modern European city in a civilized country. A decade later, it was under siege, it's buildings bombed, and it's people starving.
How many videos have we seen of crumbling building in war zones? Every one of those locations was once a city with high-rises, residences, offices, schools, hospitals, etc., filled with normal people, going about their normal day, thinking they were safe in their city. Now it's all flattened.
Bad stuff happens to big cities all the time, and it will happen again. It is arrogant hubris to think that your country or your city is above all that. The country that will bomb you doesn't agree, and their opinion counts.
nearly 100% of every video I've seen of bombs being dropped in the last twenty years were all dropped by america, you fucking lunatic
America isn't blameless, but come on, Israel and Russia have been throwing around a lot more bombs than America.
Although, I will admit, a lot of those Israeli bombs are America built.
America dropped more bombs on Laos alone than were dropped in the entirety of WWII, and they weren't even formally at war with Laos.
No, America has been throwing around more bombs than the rest of the world combined.
Complete horseshit, the US has been bombing various Middle Eastern countries constantly not even counting Serbia, Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya.
Thanks for proving my point
Almost like America uses Israel as a proxy and those should also be counted as American bombs, and also they are literally American bombs.
Israel counts as America. Its basically their middle Easter forward operating base. UN voting records demonstrates this.
And as far as bomb throwing numbers go, depends on how far back in time you wanna go. I think unless youre very selective and go for less than even a decade you'll see America on top
You are demonstrating a complete lack of ability to research things you decide to talk about.
ALL OF ISRAEL'S BOMBS COME FROM AMERICA. You might be the single dumbest lib to ever wander into hexbear
Look up what we did and continue to do in places like Laos.
