MODERATORS
It’s so prevalent. You’re 100% right, the fear of being alone overcomes the feeling of being stuck with someone you resent.
There is also a very real aspect of these situations that can be attributed to privilege. Many people are ignorant to their own material conditions and don’t pay any mind to how politics actually affects them.
