The Soviets were pretty successful at denazifying Eastern Germany. It was an ugly process that took A long time and history proves it was incomplete, but we do have precedent for de-radicalizing a population.

How you do that, considering the material conditions that currently exist? I have no idea. How you convince the gulf monarchies to sign on to that process, when they're currently happy to use Israel to further their own domestic agendas? How do you do this without it turning into yet another genocide? How do you convince the average western cracker to turn against Zionism without it turning into straight-up anti-Semitism? How do you get the millions of Christian zionists to give up their apocalyptic agenda? How do you get a rabidly islamophobic West to treat brown people like human beings?

I don't know how you fix this problem. All I know is that it's going to get worse, before there is any chance of it ever getting better.
