Interesting. Does "mongoloid" on its own mean someone of low intelligence? We have mongoloide in Brazil with that meaning. More often used as a way to call a friend silly instead of an actual insult, but can be used as one too.
It's an old derogatory word for someone with Down's Syndrome.
Now in combination with other words it's mostly used about people with a lower intellect than others. Like bad car drivers.
Mongoloid or mongo on it's own is not used as it's still bad.
