from the way i'm interpreting this meme, it's mocking the people that do actually think like this. ofc there's a whole life waiting for you whether you have mpb or not, but some ppl are superficial as hell and go "it's so over" as soon as there's a sign of baldness
most people enjoy a bit of good-natured slagging and don't immediately resort to moral outrage
