No prob. Trump can say it's an "emergency" and GOP SCOTUS will soon say Trump can use a brand new special court they designed just for him where anybody Trump wants can be a judge. Judge Kid Rock. Judge Ted Nugent. Etc.

ooo let's take it further and he just declares all democrats/non-whites/other marginalized group felons in a press conference! the Honorable Kid Rock can slam a gavel down, instantly sentencing millions, i mean fuck it why not

seriously though i think they are foaming at the mouth to find some pathway to this. within the next year they will find a reason to disarm only those that aren't supporters.
