No, bullies would just target the weak ones. Privacy is king. Having said that, reach out to your friends, make an effort to connect in life. Go out for a walk and a coffee with them.
That was my first thought. In a tech nerd website nobody thought of how bullies work? They'd have a field day with this.
Most of the people constantly wanking about mental health have never had a bad thing happen to them in their lives.
