The family said the masked men did not identify themselves and did not provide any judicial warrants. The DHS did not say whether the agents had warrants.

The bullet holes on the side of the truck as well as shattered windows confirmed the altercation Saturday morning.

The correct(ed?) headline:

Federal agents open fire at family truck in San Bernardino. But 2 different accounts describe what caused shooting

Fwiw, nobody is denying the fact that the agents shot at the truck with the family in it. The dispute is over whether the driver tried to run them down or was just trying to escape the assault.

Still fascism, of course
