I am. Anyone else cleans the dishes with their fingers and soap before using the sponge because they're afraid the sponge will get all greasy and disgusting?
Is there any other way? None of us want to be the first to dirty up the one good sponge, nor the one good toothbrush

Another option is to have two sponges, a disgusting one for a pre clean of all the fat stuff, and then a good clean sponge for the actual cleaning
I usually have a saucepan sponge and a dishes sponge for the greasy stuff, but doing both will probably make doing the dishes much better.
