I hope someone recreates theses pictures with CC license and posts them to the respective Wikipedia entries

The Elasticity (physics) entry doesn't have a single image.

But the sister entry has so many. Obviously not the same authors at all.

Plasticity (physics)
Non-reversible deformation of a solid material in response to applied forces

The elastic band would probably need more conformations to illustrate that only the slack deformation is plastic.
