This along with openly stating by speaker Johnson (lol Johnson), (paraphrasing) "we're taking healthcare away from guys sitting in their mother's basement playing video games all day", gotta wonder how they can even keep the youth vote anymore.
GOP doesn't really have the youth vote. They typically lose the under 30 crowd by 20 points or more in presidential elections, midterms tend to be an even larger gap between them. I think trump gained some young voters compared to normal, but still behind by 20 points.
I assume it's the usual stupid "they're talking about other people who happen to sound a lot like me".
That or they exist solely in the emotional realm, and the words don't really matter.

It feels like gen z really swung things more to the right somehow idk what's wrong with those kids
it's polarization, they're becoming more far left and far right. Problem for us is that the far right is holding power so they can amplify their supporters
Yeah it seems the the Rogan/Tate/Kirk etc fascism pipeline is really working on them
