I honestly can't believe Ubisoft would've made a game like this even without Trump in office without somehow both-sidesing it by making half the KKK black or something
They'd have Frederick Douglass lecture you about how violence isn't the answer and you're just making the KKK attack more black folks.

Ubisoft is kinda funny in that it's a French company with a bunch of studios including the famous Ubisoft Montreal in Canada. So sometimes they dgaf. In Watch Dogs 2 there's a level where you break into an FBI office to steal from them, and they're an enemy faction you can fight. I cannot imagine any American company making the literal FBI an enemy faction (the other factions are the police and gangs).
AC4s DLC was quite literally one dude fighting against slavery. They could make this happen if they wanted to.
