If I choose video games, there can be visual novel games with anime aesthetic?

Yeah my immediate thought was "poor Phoenix hes fucked either way"
I’d say no. Because that is basically anime. But op sets the rules.
Hold it! According to the legal statute of Japanifornia, anime is merely a style of cartoon, originating from Japan. A cartoon doesn't need to be anime to be discounted.
