Found a reddit post from Platner describing his unit in Iraq being ordered to stop using mortars in high density urban areas.
He devised a method to use mk19 grenade launchers to evade detection by command. "It wasn't the most accurate system" he says, but he still used it.
I initially misread this and thought it said he disobeyed and order TO kill more civilians and was like "oh, okay may he's not a total fash".
But nah, keep seeing more and more confirmation this guy is just a Nazi freak trying to run as a progressive for some reason.
