Of course this is just how trying to search almost fucking anything works now but it's been especially daunting when dealing with a health concern - same issue with a pet being sick, same issue with trying to look up stuff related to legal concerns, same issue with fucking everything that is more complicated than trying to find the address of a nearby location
Genuinely feels like we have regressed back to the point that there's no value in trying to use a search engine to find an answer, I can only get reliable results by calling a fucking hotline to talk to a professional
Nice. Yeah for health inquires I usually add “Cleveland clinic” or “Mayo (-asshonkyasscrackkkaass) clinic” or “NIH (national institute of health). Which have more reliable advice.

Honky means a white person, and afaik it's unclear where it comes from. Entirely possible that there's another slur for black people that sounds similar, there are a lot of slurs out there, but nothing is coming to mind off the top of my head.
I have seen it used that way because people just love making up new ways to be rascist. There is no one that would assume it to be anything other than for a cracker without specific context clues
Oh shit. I’ve only ever heard by people like me (rural white people) against people like me (rural white people); and usually in a joking context. I wouldn’t be surprised though… there are way too many regional racisms to track
