I looked it up and the website you're referring to is in fact littlelacysurprisepageant.com. That might seem like a small difference, but Little Lacy Surprise is according to the GTA wiki a "fashion underwear brand for children […] first mentioned in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories"
