Sadly you really can't go on the modern web with the dc browser, here's some sites that work.
Heaven's Gate website working is really funny, guess it hasn't been modified since the Dreamcast released
What about https://diethex.net/ does that work? It's supposed to be a pretty light load.
Nope didn't work, at least not on browser 2.0
