Okay so what do we make of the sledge and reindeer? Are they also the spawn of Santa, in a different category like ants have soldiers and workers?

If Santa is the Queen, there needs to be some male drones impregnating him. It would make sense that the reindeer would fly to the freshly hatched Santas to mate with them. The sledge is only their form of wings then.

I believe some ants grow wings so maybe Santa grows a sleigh with reindeer :)
