I'm sorry, there was a sniper killing people for 3 years?? I'm sure the victims got no help from police whatsoever being the 1980s. I can't imagine feeling so helpless.
Might have been a little exaggerated.
So 6 victims and no deaths over 4 months. Less crazy for sure but could have been better.

That’s a different story. That link points to something that happened in Brooklyn (Bensonhurst), whereas the post is referencing something that allegedly happened in Manhattan (Lower East Side).
