Wait, are chocolate oranges just chocolate formed to look like orange slices? All this time I thought it was oranges dipped in chocolate, which has always disgusted me.

And in my defense, I've always heard it was a British thing. And British food is infamous for being terrible apart from fish & chips

Yep, it's break-apart slices of chocolate. You knock it on a table and they separate. I used to like them, and either I can't find the brand I used to get or my tastes have changed, because the ones I have tried in the past few years just aren't good.

(I do like orange + chocolate still, in a chocolate bar!)

There used to be two main brands. But you can only seen to find Terry's now. They were not the good brand. It's sad really

I've only known Terry's. Now I'm curious what I'm missing out on!

Might be ferrera. I haven't seen them since I was a kid but they might still exist
