A friend once told me “The reason everyone is turned on by feet is because they look very similar to genitals.”
I wouldn’t say everyone, my dude. People tend to overestimate how widespread their kinks are.
Feet actively gross me out.
I'm very turned on by women's feet (and legs) but definitely am having trouble imagining any genitals that feet look like, and even so less any that look like that which I'd want anything to do with.
I'm worried about what genitals your friend is looking at. Whoever they are they need to go and see a doctor
