How the fuck do you minimize harm during the violent downfall of a nuclear empire tho
Like the US has to lose its global hegemon status for third world socialism to finally be able to reverse the tide. Could even argue that's inevitable at this point.
But it's gonna take an unfathomable amount of work to avoid barbarism.
