I live in Asia and would rather not having North Korea got ahold of some nukes. Things are already pretty hot here between China and Taiwan, no need to add more heat between NK and SK. What are they going to do with the nuke anyway? To deter SK from invading NK? Doesn't seem to be necessary as annexing NK will ruin SK's economy, which is a strong enough deterrence.
