Modi is a member of the same far right group that Pierre Poilievre is. The same group that Harper runs, with the goal of making the entire world far right.

If anything, Modi would be told to ramp it up by Harper. It makes us scared, and scared people vote Conservative.

He broke election law with robocalling, and put millions of Canadians at risk by shutting down the coast guard facility in the busiest seaplane port in the world, as well as the busiest cargo crate port on the west coast of the Americas.
