It's something that I put together so it's my own

For the noodles

First you'll have to make the mushroom paste - sauté chopped mushrooms, garlic and onions until brown
Blend them into a paste and set aside
Chop green onions and fry them in a wok. I used sesame oil.
add an egg and scramble
Put the noodles in the same wok and stir fry it, add some more sesame oil for flavor
Add the mushroom paste you made earlier
Add 1-2tbsp of soy sauce; Add 1 tbsp fish sauce. Taste. Add salt if needed. Taste again.
Do all this on high heat.
Add a little bit of sesame oil again to the bottom to get a little browning and crisp

For the chicken - Just follow any sweet/honey/orange chicken recipe :)
