Like I love the idea of this. But being real, this probably only accomplishes making psycho cops more psycho. Id say use laxative instead but that's how you catch a charge.

Roids, cocaine, meth, and caffeine.
If we prohibited cops from these substances, and piss tested them like the people they have been arresting after piss tests, I bet we would see an explosion of protect and serve to counter the current culture of enforce and dominate.
It's totally reasonably to group those together. Well done.
