Narrow, no sidewalks, almost zero cars, business district with lots of shops...

Also electric freight train carrying carloads in the center of the street. Note that the sitelines on this ancient boxcab are still better than your average commercial truck available in America today.

I don't think it's totally ideal as it still contains some pedestrian hazard (the train). It's significantly better than having cars and shit on the road but it's safer overall to keep pedestrian and non pedestrian traffic of all kinds separated for everyone's safety.

Still a massive improvement over most city infrastructure like this though

If there's heavy pedestrian traffic it might be kind of dangerous, and it's still a little dangerous as-is, but it's much better than trucks.
