I think there's a significant contradiction between prison abolition and running any sort of state, especially a post-revolutionary one where reaction is inevitable.
To paraphrase
, the day after the revolution, are we suddenly going to treat the fascists with kid gloves? Will they be allowed to go back to what they are doing now and we can't even arrest them?
