if you're on the browser, type @, then the username, and a dropdown menu should appear and you can select from there. Then the app will do it automatically for you.
Eg: @rom1215_@monyet.cc
To do it manually, type it in like this [@rom1215_@monyet.cc] (https://monyet.cc/u/rom1215_) as if you're linking a page.
