What would you call it when you designate an area of government property for putting large numbers of people into relatively small spaces? You know, like, you suspend some portion of your normal laws to facilitate this relocation and those laws remain suspended in this designated area? What would you call that? Is there a name for that? If there were, what would it be called? Hmmm? What would? Is it called?If what were it called was it on, what would it, though?

Oh that’s just an “internment” camp
We had those for undesirables during world war 2 and definitely learned from such inhumane practices
