These necessities arise from the material base of fascism. Combine that with the logistics of moving large numbers of people around against their will and humans have repeatedly arrived at similar conclusions. When people say genocide is the natural conclusion of fascist rhetoric, I don’t think we always make the connecting dots between the start and the end. It’s a very internally consistent progression.
