I swear, he's a reptilian who when asked what his name was, did that thing from cartoons where he looked around the diner he was sitting in, and saw blueberries on top of pancakes, a radio volume knob and a glass of milk.
Apparently it was originally "Lautermilch" in German, but I like your explanation better
