i believed double dick dude was real for like 3 years because there was photos, and as everyone knows, photo manipulation is very difficult and no one would use it to lie for purposes of sexual gratification.
I genuinely only now learned it's fake.

maybe i played too much fallout but it doesn't sound that ridiculous when we see examples of animals that end up with two heads or people with polydactyly (extra finger).
