Haha the level is great but its a meme to get stuck on this spinny thing not realizing it can be controlled with up and down buttons

I literally called the sega helpline back in the day over Carnival Night Zone Act 2. I was baby and didn't understand you could move the fucko drum with the up and down monke-beepboop when it told me that it was such an A-HA moment, went on to loving Launch Base Zone.
