Edit: I realised that I spelled Pissingers name wrong in the title. Pity.

The only response from my group chat was: "But isn’t it kind of hard to be jubilant when the bad guy lived to 100? We should all hope to be so lucky."

[-] crosswind@hexbear.net 15 points 11 months ago

Wasn't there just a picture of him still consulting at the white house? The guy was an ongoing evil, and now he's been stopped. crab-party

[-] RedWizard@lemmygrad.ml 8 points 11 months ago

Apparently because he lived long his death isn't justice and not something to crab dance about.

[-] YearOfTheCommieDesktop@hexbear.net 4 points 11 months ago

it's not justice but its still worth throwing a fuckin party

it only for the fact that I'll never have to hear his opinions on current events ever again

[-] RedWizard@lemmygrad.ml 3 points 11 months ago

Yeah I now live in a world without Kissinger, that's a win in my book.

a war criminal is dead. that doesn't mean justice was served. but a war criminal is dead. so for one night we celebrate.

The nazis who got executed post war had already done the holocaust and imperialism. Killing them didn't actively stop any genocide, but scum dying even after the fact gets a hell yeah from me.

[-] GorbinOutOverHere@hexbear.net 11 points 11 months ago

He's still DEAD though. Dying sucks ass no matter how you go and he's GONE. It did not feel good.

[-] Frank@hexbear.net 5 points 11 months ago

Could be worse. He could really have been an immortal liche sustained by murder like we all feared.

[-] RedWizard@lemmygrad.ml 3 points 11 months ago

May it be an endless death, and pray the wizards of the future never reanimate him.

Rules:

-- PLEASE KEEP POST TITLES INFORMATIVE --

-- Overly editorialized titles, particularly if they link to opinion pieces, may get your post removed. --

-- All posts must include a link to their source. Screenshots are fine IF you include the link in the post body. --

-- If you are citing a twitter post as news please include not just the twitter.com in your links but also nitter.net (or another Nitter instance). There is also a Firefox extension that can redirect Twitter links to a Nitter instance: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/libredirect/ or archive them as you would any other reactionary source using e.g. https://archive.today . Twitter screenshots still need to be sourced or they will be removed --

-- Mass tagging comm moderators across multiple posts like a broken markov chain bot will result in a comm ban--

-- Repeated consecutive posting of reactionary sources, fake news, misleading / outdated news, false alarms over ghoul deaths, and/or shitposts will result in a comm ban.--

-- Using April 1st as an excuse to post fake headlines, like the resurrection of Kissinger while he is still fortunately dead, will result in the poster being thrown in the gamer gulag and be sentenced to play and beat trashy mobile games like 'Raid: Shadow Legends' in order to be rehabilitated back into general society. --
