My thought too, it would look good on someone who could lighten up and chill, but this guy seems too self-serious, so there's no contrast, no playfulness.

Seriously you look at all of them and it's literally just highlighting how insecure this guy is about his neck/chin (not body shaming, I can empathize there). It's like Tim Pool's beanie or something.
