Seriously you look at all of them and it's literally just highlighting how insecure this guy is about his neck/chin (not body shaming, I can empathize there). It's like Tim Pool's beanie or something.
He looks good he just has bad glasses.
It's not the cost it's just that they're not really in style at the moment.
