If this isn't supposed to be here, feel free to delete. I've never tasted this, but it looks so good. It came across my youtbe feed. A search for ufo korea gives a lot of videos on how to make it at home which I'm going to try.

How can you make it at home without one those machines? They look great love what he did with those burger pattys.

You can get panini presses that have a insert to make pocket sandwiches. They wouldn't be as big as these, but that's the only way I can think of to do this at home

If lacking the sealed pressed bread isn’t a dealbreaker, look into the Chopped Cheese sandwich. It’s a similar burger-adjacent sandwich with broken up ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. Not exactly the same thing, but doable at home without any special hardware. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1NdpVlfnwB4

I think I would just make a mini version with a pocket maker, but they do sell ufo machines for $300-$700 lol.

Edit: There are 2 on amazon and this is the cheapest, I bet Aliexpress has them. They look a little flat though, I like the big ones better. https://www.amazon.com/Ufo-Burger-Maker-Stainless-Temperature/dp/B0CPM5LXW4/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=ufo+burger+maker+machine&qid=1702611465&sr=8-3
