You think it's the first game with buildable starships? That's been a whole GENRE of games for like 15 years now.
Yeah, but how many of them are good?
Like kerbal space program is AWESOME.
Space Engineers was... blocky.
Best starship builder ever, imho! But not much to do but mine and build, if one doesnt play multiplayer. Got tired of it eventually.
There's plenty to do if you install mods, particularly Modular Encounters Systems. Also, check out Splitsie's Survival Impossible -series if you need more inspiration :)
Cool! Stuff like that wasn't around when I played it last.
