Privacy has become a very important issue in modern society, with companies and governments constantly abusing their power, more and more people are waking up to the importance of digital privacy.
In this community everyone is welcome to post links and discuss topics related to privacy.

- Posting a link to a website containing tracking isn't great, if contents of the website are behind a paywall maybe copy them into the post
- Don't promote proprietary software
- Try to keep things on topic
- If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered

It's all misinformation about root being dangerous etc etc don't you have root acess on your linux machine ?
On your Android phone without it you simply can't remove the bloatware, crappware manufactors use to track you with apps that you'll never use and can't open but still they are installed on your phone
like in windows dont install shi*
Closed source has nothing to do with malware and root, there are plenty alternatives people just go for the convenience what is sad

with control control control i mean tech that is being developed AI , biometrics will be used against us civilians by govs and corps stay tuned
