I'm guessing the lack of ADHD medication led some of those in charge of solving the problems to procrastinate.

I had to switch to generic Vyvanse, at first because they couldn't get brand out here, but now because insurance is like lol fuck you get generic or we won't bother covering it

You should try looking in North Korea or small US towns in rural areas.

You could solve both your problems at once.
