Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.
Example:
- Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
- Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
- No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

Thankfully, Biden read up on what Lincoln did to avoid the civil war...
So he's doing exactly the same and trying to appease them?!
Sure it didn't work last time, or really ever, but it's established procedure to try appeasement first.
Not to mention the closer we are to civil war in November, the more people will vote D just to avoid trump.
Sure, we might actually get a civil war, but if that's the risk it takes to get a genocide supporter in the office, by God Zap Branigan, I mean, Joe Biden, is willing to put our lives on the line.
Yeah definitely blame Joe Biden and not the seditious fucking Republicans. Classic room temperature IQ take - “well of course the Republicans are gonna piss on our legs, that’s a given. The REAL crime is when you put RAIN BOOTS ON!”
It's honestly concerning how much "moderates" sound and act like trumpets these days...
It's like you were all waiting for any excuse to be a worse person. Then trump showed up and you got your wish.
We're not going to have a Civil War. Who are Texas going to have to go up against drone bombers? A bunch of hillbillies with AR-15s?
Didnt work?
How are those Confederate statues doing these days?
Appeasement didn't prevent the war...
What else could you possibly have thought I meant?
The only reason we would have a civil war would be if we opposed them leaving. Just let them leave. Cut them off. Let Texans be the illegal immigrants running north to avoid their oppressive government.
