Is that like when you use "inspect HTML" to modify the text of an EULA before agreeing to it?

That's actually interesting because with actual contracts you can redline or change things and then sign it.

But I don't think EULAs are explicitly contracts and I doubt that would hold up because their wasn't a "meeting of the minds" regardless. Plus that language isn't saved anywhere for your epic legal battle.
