I always thought the geezer in "geezer teaser" referred to the target audience, not the lead.

Nah. The Geezer is the older male lead who is featured extremely prominently in all marketing (Teased) but barely does anything in the film. Usually a Steven Seagal or Bruce Willis type. Mel Gibson and Sylvester Stallone also have done a bunch of these.

There isn't really a specific named trope for movies marketed for old people, because they're vanishingly rare. Virtually all of those are just conservative propaganda pieces.
