Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:

Dee Kiffer sounds like the lead singer in a German buttrock cover band.
It's referring to the cops that got spooked by a falling acorn and murdered a suspect in custody.
Attempted murder. The pig had aim like a storm trooper.
If the Storm Troopers had aim as bad as this guy then they would have actually hit Luke, Han and Leia so they would never have gotten off the Death Star and Vader wouldn't have been able to follow them to the Rebel base.
Very close - the cop and his partner emptied their guns at the car where the suspect was cuffed in the back seat, but never physically wounded him, just severely traumatized him.
