It doesn't look like it was binding him. But it is there.
I think both his hands were tied but somehow only his right hand wasn't crushed
this isnt your standard zip tie cuff
if you want to zip tie cuff someone with regular zip ties you zip each hand that the run a single ziptie loop through each
i have, uh, consensual experience with this..... its not a comfortable way to be bound
