A poor person does their job insufficiently? They're fired.
Rich person is incompetent? Oh well, nothing to see here. We clearly just need to re-legalize hiring discrimination again.
Also blame the middle managers who are pressured to cut costs and the workers for following cost cutting directives from the top.
"No such thing as a free lunch" MFs when they try explaining to corporate executives they cannot get something for nothing.
