Is there at least an Amtrak stop at the building?

Nope, closest stop is Penn Station a hundred blocks south. It’s also in an immensely bizarre spot where it’s squeezed between the Amtrak line and the Henry Hudson parkway on one side, and a few story tall retaining wall on the other. The only way to get over to the rest of the neighborhood is either climbing the staircase at the retaining wall, walk up three blocks to 138th, or down two blocks to 133rd. Seems like a miserable location to live.
